Typical Properties Light yellow to amber viscous liquid. Acid Value Max 3 mgKOH/g. Saponification Value 170 to 210 mgKOH/g. Iodine Value 72 to 103 gI₂/100g. Hydroxyl Value 80 to 100 mgKOH/g. Refractive Index 1.4630 to 1.4665.
Applications Chocolates as viscosity reducer at 0.1 to 0.5 percent.
