Typical Properties Appearance: Clear at 40°C. Acid Value: Max 3.0 mg KOH/g. Iodine Value: Max 100 g I₂/100 g. Moisture: Max 1 percent. Monoglyceride: 38–44 percent. Free Glyceride: Max 7 percent. Density: 0.9 g/cm³. Ash: Max 1 percent
